Hi Stuart, with the #1 on TDC it should align a notch in the crankshaft pulley with a spike on the crankcase, then with a M6 bolt in the camshaft pulley and a M8 bolt in the injection pump pulley the engine should be in time nige110162 at hotmail dot co dot uk
