where are timing marks on vauxhall combo 1.7d 1999 isuzu engine?
i am just about to change the cambelt on a vauxhall combo 1.7 diesel. it is the isuzu engine that is fitted,im just wanting to no where the timing marks are
There are holes in the camshaft & pump pulleys, that line up with holes in the engine. the holes on the engine are threaded,so you can use suitable size bolts to lock the pulleys in place. For the crankshaft ,you should be able to find the mark on the cambelt sprocket & the engine, after you have removed the auxiliary belt pulley & plastic cover
