removed gearbox due to fault but cannot refit new tried for 5 hours still not in anything i doing wrong please

You need to ensure that the clutch is perfectly central to the flywheel. (Use a centralising tool). Also, the gearbox input shaft has splines that need to be turned so that they mate with the clutch spline. Don't force things - you'll burr the end of the gearbox shaft.
