CANDY TUMBLE DRYER THROWS TRIP SWITCH?

EVERY TIME WE PLUG THE DRYER INTO SOCKET IT THROWS TRIP SWITCH EVEN BEFORE SWITCHING SOCKET ON, HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT SOCKET, SAME RESPONSE.CANDY CDV262 AIR VENTED.
