Mend Motorola V6 Changing Working Replace

Changing the speaker in a motorola V6?

I have a motorola V6 that has a speaker that is not working, I have a spare to replace it. I have taken out the 2 screws that are beside the hinge but cant seem to work out how to get the top section out of the hinge.
