oNE OF TWO THINGS.
Maby the ink has run out or the heads have clogged.The printer software should have its own head cleaning program.You have to find that by going into control panel- then click on printers & faxes.Right click on your printer shown and click on Properties then look for the head cleaning icon.
It will then Clean the printer head and then ask you to print a test page.Press yes.But do this when it tells you.
