3x2mm key steel?

Does anyone know where I can get 3x2mm rectangular key steel? It usually comes in 12" lengths. This is the last ingredient I need to start my own small business so any help would be very very very welcome. I don't want to go to a steel producer as it would cost a fortune just to get the setup done!!
