whats wrong with my sime 80c combi boiler?

hi i have a sime 80c combi boiler my problem is that when the boiler is on water flows through the release valve and goes out side ihave changed the diaphram and thewater rate adjuster but stillthe same if i turn the cold water feed of for the hot water to my kitchen and bathroom central heating works fine and pressure goes down to normal please please help
