berlingo oil coolant diagram?

hi, i have 1.4 petrol berlingo and im looking for a diagram of the engine as i need to test the oil coolant plate to see if it is faulty as i have no blow out, mayonaise or loss of compression but have oil in my coolant, i would use a haynes manual but i cannot get them as i live in the ROI. anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated,
