Mend Peugeot 306 Problem Reg Light

car problem?

hi i have a peogeut 306 r reg ive always serviced my car my self and my service light is on also my engin managment light comes on when i first turn the key and soon as i turn the engin to run it goes strait off but feels like it wants to shift but tends to slugish and some time after running it goes no problem thankyou
