accelorator loss?

i have a courier van W reg. the glow plug light flashes, the accelerator sometimes stays high or normal idle,it has electronic accelerator. but after a few revs there's on acceleration from peddle! i have put new glow plugs,cleaned out EGR valve,blown fuel lines in case blockage. still same problem! can anyone advice me.
