Having to top up system regularly. no leaks, exp. tank ok, prv ok, condensate discharge ok,

No leaks on pipework upstairs or down, floorboards lifted and checked, System has been Fernoxed, no difference, can it be lost through domestic hot water supply ? small drips from flue outlet but told this is normal.

The water has got to be going somewhere do your pipes run blind somewhere, under floorboards etc. I have found badly soldered joints in places. You could try fernox sealant additive if it is losing water slowly.
