Mend Hoover HNC180 Not Collecting Water

hoover nextra 8 hnc180 drier not collecting water?

my drier is not condensing the kitchen is full of moisture I think it may have been put back together wrong. There are no leaks around the doors and the filter works it just does not collect in the water part at the bottom. thanks
