Mend Renault Megane Start Noise

I have a 2003 Renault Megane when i start it it makes a horrible noise when?

I have a 2003 renault megane when i start the car it makes a horrible noise as if something is loose,When i start the car when its warm it does not make any noise the performance is great please help before something goes wrong.
