Only blows cold on 240 volt, okay with gas, cant be positive that i have found the reset button, can the electrical heater be replaced or updated

I have a carver 3600 stc their is no spark to light it and on power from the white and green wire that goes to the Circuitboard please help

I though someone said Truma took over Carver but don't hold me to that.
You could try contacting them www.truma.com
they are a German firm but when on site you have language selection just click on flag.
