Mend Pentland Leda Electrical Fault Help

Electrical fault? Help needed?

Hi I have a Pentland Leda caravan quite old the problem is ithe 12v light inside do not work? The power is good to the pump, awning light but nothing to the 12 volt lights and help would be appreciated. As another quick challenge gas comes into the cooker but not into the fire i have cheched the gas flow all good? Help. Please

Check the rivits that hold the fuse clips at the front of the fuse panel that go through the panel and hold a mail lucas connection for the supply at the rear. I had a Zig 7 panel, the rivits had not been crimped properly when new and gave me fun finding an intermiten fault. With care the rivit can be replaced using a 3mm short nut & bolt

Unfortunately Electrical faults as with any vehicle is a tracing process. Usually the pump is on a seperate circuit. It's a case of start at the feed from battery to the 12volt fuse block check all fuses and if you can identify the lights fuse check the power in from battery could be bad link or corroded joint [I've had that on a pump circuit].
If they are still going give these a ring for wire diagram.

For Leda and other models

Gas: Best to be safe and get it checked by gas fitter that is also registered to work on LPG gas leasure appliances. If you have used it before ok then it must be the gas valve again a gas fitters job as it should be tested after fitting.
