Mend LG KP500 Stuck Loading Ideas

How can i fix my KP500 cookie thats stuck on the loading screen?

my phone has frozen and i cant get it past the turn on screen - its under a week old anyone have nay ideas?

You need to "flash " the firmware using a pc, ive fixed many with this problem.
