Hi, If memory serves Goodmans is no longer a company only a brand name, I will stand corrected but I think this is correct, that means unless you can find someone else with a similar unit and can copy the book you've had it, at least as far as the book is concerned. if it was new take it back, claim its faulty (incomplete) and get it repalced, thats the rule these days.
