Kitchen Appliances, Waste Disposal Units Drain Shut Off

I've got the same problem with the insinkerator.
Can't get it to shut off unless I throw the breaker.
Comes right back on when I throw switch on . Help

I need more information. On any disposer I've seen, the drain plug has nothing to do with the power switch.
