Scunci Steamer No Manual?

I bought it a few years back. I have not even opened it due to moving. There is no manual in the box. When I insert the nozzle and turn to right to lock it, it won't turn. I couldn't move it to the right at all. Any suggestions?? May I have a copy of your manual?? How to contact you??
