Mend Eurosit EP2000 Heat Water Problem

EP 2000 will only heat water on central heating ( old grey programmer appro?

Is this a programmer problem: water can now only be heated on central heating setting. do I just buy a new EP2000; will the wiring be the same; please help unskilled female.
