Mend Gardtec Series 300 Turn Off

Gardtec Series 300 how do I turn off alarm without code?

I have moved into a house where the alarm has not been in use for several years. The postman banged hard on the door and set the alarm off. I do not have the code and don't know how to stop the alarm and deactivate. Can you advise please.

Most of these panels can be engineered locked out. Your need to disconnected to 240v mains supply, and the internal battery which is inside the main panel. The external bell will sound for 15-20 minutes then the system is now dead.
