Mend Baxi 100 HE Boiler Heating Thermostat

my heating wont turn off!! Baxi 100he?

can anyone help. My baxi 100 he was fitted 18months ago and I have had no problems till now. There seems to be no signal from the thermostat to the boiler and the heating wont turn off. It is turning on every 5 mins, I have turned all radiators bar 1 off via individual stats but the one thats left is burning (even though I have turned the heating temp down on boiler) and turning on every 5 mins. The installer is not being helpful and dosent want anything to do with it!! I cant afford the prices I have been quoted (£300) can anyone help, has anyone else had this problem?

Is the heating coming on when it should just be hot water only? If so, this sounds like a motorised valve problem on the hot water tank

if its a boiler problem Baxi usually comes with 24 months warranty (part&labour for 12 / parts or second 12).......

assume you can still turn off the boiler AT the boiler off control!
