How can I fix my Hoover Nextr Mega Load with Leak?

How can I fix my Hoover Nextra Mega Load. There is a pool of water underneath the front of the machine after every wash which has been happening for about 6 months - the machine is only 2 years old. It seems to be coming from the removable section at the front bottom of the machine where there is a twistable nob. Hope you can help!
