Mend Rowenta DE-821 Leaking Model Problem

Leaking Rowenta iron - Model DE-821?

You didn't address the problem of leaking while cold, i.e., in the off position (steam is also off). I follow manufacturer's suggestion of turning steam off then turn temp off. Is there a gasket I could replace to fix this problem????
