Mend Daewoo Matiz SE Problem Water

daewoo matiz se. x reg?

My daewoo matiz se. x reg. has problem with windscreen wiper water pumps , sucking air and leaking water from bottom of pumps. can they be fixed or are all daewoo pumps the same on each model so i can get a pump from a dif make of daewoo. having probs getting parts in this area for the matiz.
