Mend Philips 42pf3320 Tv Turns Turn

TV turns off as soon as its turned on?

Is there an easy fix to my Philips 42pf3320. When I turn it on the green light comes on for a second or so before there is a click and it goes off. There is no time for a picture to be displayed. Could it be the power supply unit? Where can I get a replacement? Or do I need to send it to the menders.
