Mend Hoover HNWL 6136 Washing Machine Appliance Pump

Hoover,nexta,optima, HNWL 6136?

My washing machine is not finishing a cycle and is not pumping out the water.

It will start a cycle, but then it will stop half way through, and the "delay/start" button will flash red.

Please help
