i replaced the snubber ring and 6springs but the tub still falls to one side and does not center its self

If memory serves me correctly, Maytag came out with a repair kit for this problem. Without going back through the service bulletins I don't recall the part #.
I ran into this on a service call, but the customer did not want repairs.
