how do i fix the rear electric window on my vauxhall zifira?

Since i replaced the battery the rear passenger side window closes to that top then drops back down leaving the window open to about 2 inches and i have to pump the switch to get it closed.Also the protective system in which if the glass encounters any resistance on it and should stop the window no longer works on it either any ideas or solutions would be much appreciated.
