Citroen C5 , reset rear passenger electric window?

I had to replace a small plastic plug that holds the electric window regulator to the window glass which went fine. Now the auto jam is activating when i put the window up , it automatically comes back down half way . I'v tryed to reset it by holding the window switch down for 10 secs then up for 10 secs but while holding the window switch up up ( trying reset ) the window will return to its halfway mark again . I can put the window all the way up if i just keep tapping the switch untill completly up . Help please
