2010 Ford Transit Connect rear window?

Need to replace rear door (passenger side) window.
Would like to know:
How to remove windsheild wiper arm from threaded shaft after removing nut and washer. Does the arm pry off the shaft?
Should heat or solvent be used to remove old window adhesive?
What type of adhesive should be used to install new window?
Where best to order new window glass?
