Mend Apple Cinema Display 23" Screen Apart Lcd

How do I take my 23" MAC cinema screen apart?

I have recently cracked the LCD panel in my 23" Apple MAC cinema screen. I've ordered a replacement LCD panel but I'm not sure how to take my existing screen apart. Can someone help please? Thanks.
