how to use cable lock on peugeot speedfight 2?

ive just got a speedfight and cant work out how to use the lock on the back i dont have an owners manual and cant get a anser online please help im sure its a simple answer but i just cant see please help :)

Pull it out,wrap it around something(a lamp post)then lock the end to the cable.
