HELP ilo Model #P42BSKH-US2 will not come on?

I have a Plasma ilo EDTV, Model #P42BSKH-US2 that was working fine with no signs of problems. Then this morning I tried to turn it on and the screen just stays black. No picture, no sound. Can you help? I do not have a owner's manual.

My P42BSKH ILO TV will not turn off the closed caption. it is running through a comcast cable box ? then CC button on the ILO remote does nothing but all the other buttons work fine. Can you help ? thank you

You should have an amber light on the front if the stby power is getting to the set. If not check the back of the set & make sure the Master power switch has not tripped. Reset this switch & see what happens. good luck
