Iveco Warning Light?

I have a red warning light appeared which is shaped like a footprint with spray coming out of the heel. I have an Iveco 7.5 ton ex post office van- now a horsebox It has been on permanently for a couple of journeys. The only sympton was climbing a hill when I lost a bit of top end power and the symbol flickered. It was then o.k
