how do i mend i?????

heatline c24 very low hot water pressure how do i rectify?? checked all internal pluming ok apply hose to h/w outlet on boiler very poor pressure,,cold water ok 3.5 bar

check your manufacturers documents, you may find your inlet pressure is too low.

Have you checked the cold water inlet filter?
