Mend Epson RX425 Problem Green Red

problem with epson rx425?

all the green lights are flashing and the red lights are on all the time i have tried to clean the heads and also tried to unistall and reinstall it but nothing happens what can we do

Epson Epson RX425 Computers, Printers Problem Green Red

This problem Occurs when the printer counter has gone over the set limit for the waste ink pads.
There is actually nothing wrong with the printer and you can reset the counters using a program called ssc service utlility. Download it from the Net or I can email it to you
