Shogun instrument lights -dashboard?

How do you access the dashboard lights? My shogun is automatc -1999 the light showing i'm in drive does not illuminate nor does the light showing i'm in 2 wheel drive ...any suggestions or do you knowwhere i can get amanual? thanks
