How can I find coals for a cannon caress gas fire that need replacing?

We have a cannon caress gas fire appliance number 32 132 81 and we need the coals replacing we have been told the company is now cannon caress flallel and our apliance is no longer in production. can you help us.

Sarah I have the same model of Cannon Caress Gas Fire and am also looking for replacement coals. The Cannon range has been taken over by Flavell Fires but I don't see our model in their catalogue. Hope it's not obsolete!
