my twf4117 has got a thick blue banding line all around the screen and some of the picture goes blue too

Channel 1 noisy. All others OK. Tried to Autotune, noise stopped but now channels out of sequence i.e. 5 became 1 etc. Tried Search, now 8 becomes 1. Not able to get any sense from tuning. This is the first problem encountered.
