ERROR CODE E000001-0002?

E000001-0002 se réfère à l'unité de fusion Assy soit se rendre à chaud ou pas assez chaud. Codes d'erreur fuser peut pas être remis à zéro en réinitialisant la machine même si cela est ce que l'écran vous dit de faire. Pour réinitialiser le code d'erreur de l'unité de fusion, vous devez entrer dans le mode de service et réinitialiser le code. Pour entrer dans le mode de service:
appuyez sur le bouton "Fonctions supplémentaires" (qui ressemble à une image d'une tête avec une étoile à l'intérieur)
appuyez sur la touche n ° 2 et n ° 8 dans le même temps (simultanément)
appuyez sur "fonctions supplémentaires" à nouveau
L'écran devrait afficher un choix de
copieur, chargeur, trieuse, modes fax, ou en pension
Sélectionnez copieur
Sélectionnez Effacer
sélectionnez ERR
appuyez sur OK
Coupez l'alimentation et de retour sur.
****IMPORTANT****
Après avoir franchi erreur séjour à la machine pour voir si elle revient après . unité de fusion peut atteindre 139 ° C (eau bout à 100 ° C) L'erreur ne peut être effacée par le mode de service, car un technicien doit inspecter l'unité de fusion afin de vérifier qu'il n'y a rien défectueuse qui pourrait éventuellement déclencher un incendie. Si vous entrez dans le mode de service et effacer l'erreur, cycle d'alimentation de la machine et pendant l'échauffement de la machine jette un code encore- mettre hors tension, débranchez-le et appelez un technicien pour la réparation fusion.

I follow your's say but can't do ..when the press additional function and than I press at the same time 2 & 8 , the LCD screen is shown DOWNLOADE MODE only .

my xerox printer 2870, in the mean time xerox paper jammed and I pulled it without shut down the machine, then I found that machine seen error E00000-0002, how i can solve it without technician

E000001-0002 refers to the fuser assy either getting to hot or not hot enough. Fuser error codes cannot be reset by power cycling the machine even though that is what the display tells you to do. In order to reset the fuser error code you must enter the service mode & reset the code. To enter the service mode:
press"Additional Functions" button (looks like a picture of a head with a star inside)
press the #2 and #8 at the same time (simultaneously)
press "additional functions" again
The display should show a choice of
copier,feeder,sorter,fax,or board service modes
Select copier
select clear
select ERR
press OK
Turn power off & back on.
****IMPORTANT****
After clearing error stay at the machine to see if it comes to ready. The fuser assy can reach 139 degrees C.(Water boils at 100C) The error can only be cleared through the service mode because a technician should inspect the fuser to verify there is nothing faulty that could possibly start a fire. If you enter the service mode & clear the error, power cycle the machine & during warm up the machine throws a code again- turn it off, unplug it & call a tech for fuser repair.
