Mend Dedetrich Hob Electric Stopped Working

How can I fix my Dedetrich ceramic hob with two gas burners?

Piezo electric igniters have stopped working and when lighting match if I don't hold the gas taps down permanently the gas goes out. Some sort of electrical fault?
