How can I fix my DeLonghi Euro Kera electric ceramic hob?

I put my hobsj
on they came on then they just all went off at the same time I think it could be a fuse but don't know we're it is as it is fitted in to the work surface and inherited when I moved in to this address many thanks heather

i have a glass hob and one of the rings heats up really high and wont knock off everything else working

I have mod # G3247-5100 1 year old and 2 of the burners won't get red hot. It is on my boat and has been used about10 times. I sold the boat and must fix it what do you suggest i do the 2 burners that are slow at heating are 9 "

We had the Eurokera SNCR60 hob fitted 18 months ago as part of a new kitchen. Christmas morning one of the knobs came off while being used and then when trying to fit it back the whole rack underneath fell away. Have had our kitchen fitter in to check it out and he said that the glass had separated from the plate underneath and my wooden work tops were burnt and scolded black. Could have been very dangerous and of course not repairable. I now have to buy a replacement and only 6 months past the guarantee!!! I would get yours properly checked.

Had a similar problem with our EURO KERA Ceramic Hob.
The two rings on the left worked but the two on the right didn't seem to. Turning the left rings on then putting the right rings on full seemed to work. The heat indicator light turned on after the left rings heated up a bit.
