Advent 5301 Instruction Manual?

I bought refurb Advent 5301 Laptop.It does not have User guide.and cannot play Cd or other device in the slot.Bought from DIXONs and they would not reply my calls or emails,
Is there any one who can help me get the instruction manual, or from which web site I can down load ?
