my timing belt gone?

Hi Wayne, I am affraid your looking at a V big bill!! as with your engine valve to piston conflict is most likely with a belt failure, only a compression test or cylinder head off will reveal the extent of the damage, it wont be pretty!!!!! probably cheaper to risk an replacement engine from a scrappy preferably one that will offer a 30 day warranty and replace the timing belt before you fit it!!!
