Mend Proform 545S Belt Drive Tighten

How to stop Proform 545 treadmill from slipping?

The belt on my Proform 545S treadmill slips. I replaced the drive belt and tried to tighten the walking belt but it still slips. What should I do and exactly how do you correctly tighten the belt?
