My Diplomat Fridge Freezer aba 6541?

THE FRIDGE PART IS STAYING ON +8, EVERYTIME I CHANGE IT , ITGOES BACK TO +8, CANNOT FIND MANUAL ON IT. ALSO NO NOISE COMING THROUGH, ANY SUGGESTIONS
