Mend Qualpex Heating Problem Upstairs Heat Downstairs

how can i fix a heating problem?

the heating i have changed from gb to qualpex the problem i have is the rads upstairs heat fine but the rads downstairs dont heat at all i put in new pipe works 3/4 then reduce to 1/2 inch i took of a rad in the downstairs toilet to see if i had an air lock but it is fine can u help me with this problem thanks
