Mend BMW 318i Speed Car Driving

How can i adjust idle speed on BMW 318i 1995?

My car is cutting out when it is idle or when i slow down when driving. the rev counter is ticking over on less than 1. how do i adjust this?

you can try adjusting the throttle cable located on the top centre of engine try turning it anti-clockwise you will hear the revs will pick up had same problem with my 318i 97 give that a go.
